“It was a nice place. Would rate 4 out of 5. A single lady was maintaining everything, from front desk-morning breakfast-cleaning. But everything was well maintained. Will highly recommend. We traveled with little kids and parking right in front of room at the first floor was helpful with the luggage.”

“Basic rooms but clean. Staff is excellent! Breakfast better than most luxury hotels as well as coffee. Pool wasnt available but honestly didnt need it. Check in and out quick and efficient.”

“The front desk agent was not at the front. Waited close to 5 minutes then she showed with not even the slightest smile on her face. The rooms are very dated and did not want to walk barefoot on the floor. Needs renovation.”

“Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Grand Junction was disappointing, despite the hotel being clean. The pool was closed for the season, which was not disclosed when booking. We were offered access to the indoor pool at the Fairfield next door, but that was inconvenient. The biggest issue was having no hot water for nearly our entire stay, leaving us unable to shower or properly wash up. The front desk seemed unaware of what was happening and kept guessing at when it would be fixed, seemingly just……

“It's near the town. But I feel they need to clean it better. ”

“Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.”

“Area was quiet and safe. Bed was comfortable. Staff was not very friendly. It was a bit run down and decor was very out dated. Lots of towels provided, but they were very thin. Price was a bit high for a motel. ”
